Hiboy 12-Month Warranty

  1. All brand new Hiboy products are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
  2. The warranty is automatically registered when you order and receive the product from our online shop. Please note that the warranty applies to the initial purchaser only.
  3. For orders that are fully refunded as a result of a dispute, the customer's scooter or bike will no longer be eligible for any services provided by Hiboy.

Warranty Target Audience

  1. All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Hiboy or Hiboy’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty
  2. Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through Hiboy's authorized distributors and retailers, such as Walmart and Amazon, are handled through Hiboy

Batteries

  1. It is normal circumstance for the battery capacity fading with time goes by. It is excluded out of the warranty coverage.
  2. Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
  3. Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human.

     Claims Process

    All claims to this warranty must be made through Hiboy. and submitted to us.support@hiboy.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at us.support@hiboy.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Hiboy within 1 years of initial purchase.

    Hiboy will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.

    Orders Beyond the One-Year Warranty Period

    If you have purchased extend's extended warranty service, please contact extend (https://extend.com/) to get the warranty service. If you haven't purchased extend, you can contact us to provide you with suggestions to solve the problem, and the required accessories will be purchased by the customer at his own expense.

    Shipping Damage Claims

    In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact us.support@hiboy.com and provide us with photo or video proof.
